This page explains what Kanbario stores when you submit the contact or demo form on the homepage.
What we store
Name, work email, company name, and optionally the phone number and number of employees/users you provide, plus your message and the submission time. Your IP address is only read in memory to prevent form abuse and is never stored.
How long
The information is deleted no later than 12 months after the request is closed, unless you become a Kanbario customer — in which case the customer agreement's own terms apply.
