Board
Drag tasks between columns. Open the details in a modal, set an estimate in hours, days, or weeks, and add labels without leaving the board.
Task management and wiki in one tool
Kanbario brings tasks, sprints, and the wiki together in one place – simpler to set up, faster to start with, and easier to stay on top of than the heavier alternatives.
Simple setup – your team is running the same day.
Tasks and documentation in the same tool
Three surfaces your team uses every day – the board, the calendar, and the wiki. Same data, no double entry.
Drag tasks between columns. Open the details in a modal, set an estimate in hours, days, or weeks, and add labels without leaving the board.
Start and due dates as spans in a calendar, coloured by priority. The weekly summary shows what is overdue and what is left this week.
Nested pages, a rich editor, version history you can roll back, and import from Word and PDF. Pages link straight to the tasks they belong to.
Inside Kanbario
An illustration of the board. The columns, labels, and assignees are the real ones in Kanbario – the content is sample data. The tabs above the board are real views in the app: the same tasks as a list, as a calendar, and as a report – throughput per week, total estimate, load per assignee, and split by type.

Optional module
Requests come in from outside, land in a queue with a deadline, get an assignee, and the reporter follows the answer in their own thread.
Enabled per company, and per project.

I changed my password yesterday, and now I cannot get into the portal at all.

Thanks for letting us know – I am resetting the access now, and will tell you when to try again.
Mikkel09:36Internal note
The account locked after five attempts. Unlocking it and asking the reporter to try again.
The reporter replies in their own thread through the one-time link, without an account.
Integrations
Two optional modules that connect Kanbario to what the company already uses.
Tag files from the company's own SharePoint in task descriptions, comments and documentation pages. The file stays where it is – Kanbario stores the reference, and gives the project read access to the file in SharePoint.
Branches, commits, pull requests, builds and deployments that mention the task key show up on the task they belong to. The connection runs one way, into Kanbario, so you see what was actually done without switching tools.
Both are enabled per company.
Getting started
Set up the workspace and invite your colleagues – no lengthy configuration.
Start a project, add tasks to the board, and write the first wiki page.
Assign tasks, discuss in chat, and keep the documentation up to date as you go.
